The Eye Place opened in 2015 and is an optometry practice dedicated to providing the best optometry care in a simple, straightforward manner and is focused on delivering eyecare that is thorough, tailored, and understandable for every patient.

All eye examinations are conducted thoroughly and comprehensively with modern equipment and 100% bulk billed under Medicare.  Testing is available Monday through Friday. We perform every relevant test, every time.

In July 2026, our practice changed its name from The Eye Place to The Optical Co.

While our name has changed, the things that matter most are staying the same. Our friendly and experienced team will continue to look after your eye health. Your eye health records with us remain, as does our commitment to personalised, high-quality care for you and your family.
